Four maintenance plans with a fixed support time and a clear rate for additional work: billed monthly, cancellable with one month notice to the end of a month, no minimum term. Hosting is included in every plan; your domain you pay directly to your registrar, because prices there vary widely. Pay annually in advance and you pay eleven months instead of twelve.

What your support time covers.

So it is clear what is included before you need it, and so we can be generous where it counts.

Included are questions about your website and the Lush CMS, help while editing and small changes to texts and images. New pages, new features and design changes we agree first and give you the price. Unused time expires at the end of the month; there are no invoices after the fact.

Always free, regardless of your support time

If something is broken, that is not support time. Errors, outages and problems after an update we fix without counting them. That also applies when something goes wrong while you are editing: we restore the previous state as often as needed. You should be able to use the editor without worrying.

  • Questions about your website and the Lush CMS, by email, video call or phone, whichever suits you

  • Small changes to texts and images you would rather leave to us
  • A refresher for people who already work with the editor
  • Short questions we can answer in one message are not counted. How long a change takes, we estimate first and tell you.

Not included

  • New pages, new features and changes to the design
  • Writing texts, taking photos and producing translations
  • Advice on marketing, SEO, advertising and social media
  • Training new members of staff
  • Help with programs and accounts outside your website: email, printer, Google, social media, accounting
  • Legal topics such as data protection, legal notice or accessibility
  • Coordination with your other service providers

That does not mean we will not do it. We are glad to, and we tell you the price first.

How it works

  • One address. So nothing gets lost, we collect every request in one place. Whether you write or we have a quick talk, we put the outcome in writing.
  • One contact. Please name one person for us. That way nobody has to explain the same thing twice.
  • A response time, not a completion time. We get back to you within the agreed period and tell you in that first reply when it will be done.
  • No surprises. We do not invoice after the fact. Anything beyond your plan we discuss first and give you the price.
  • Fresh each month. Unused support time expires at the end of the month and is not paid out. If a month needs more, we agree it with you first.
  • If it is consistently more. If your needs regularly exceed your plan, we propose the right larger plan in good time rather than billing piecemeal.

Onboarding and support time

Onboarding is included in the package price, with a written guide and a video recording. Both stay with you permanently and may be used by any number of people, including new staff. Support time is everything that comes after: the short everyday questions. If you would like us to train new staff live, we offer a refresher for that.

How long does a project take?

Delivery takes one to five weeks depending on the package, counted from complete content. The date depends less on us than on the content: as soon as texts, images and access details are complete, the build runs without waiting. If material is missing, the date moves by as long as the material is late. We tell you at the start what we need and when.

What do you need from me?

Texts, images, your logo, and access to your domain and, if you have one, to your Google Business Profile. If you have no finished texts or photos that is not an obstacle: we structure what exists, help with the wording on request, and tell you which pictures are actually worth using. For time, count on one to two hours for the first conversation and an hour for each of the two rounds of feedback.

What if I do not like the draft?

We show you the draft before we build, not after. Two collected rounds of feedback are included in the design phase. If the draft still does not work after that, you can stop: the design instalment becomes due, and once it is paid the drafts are yours to reuse freely. Later instalments fall away, and nothing further is built.

What if the scope changes during the project?

We absorb small changes as we go. If it becomes an extra page, a new feature or a third draft, we agree it first: you get the work involved and the price in writing before we start. The fixed price stays fixed: it applies to the agreed scope, and anything beyond it you see in advance.

When do I pay what?

For the Auftakt package half on commissioning and half on handover, for all other packages 30 % on commissioning, 40 % on delivery of the drafts and 30 % on handover, meaning once the site is finished, checked and handed over. The final instalment is due 14 days after that; you can report defects for exactly as long, so you never pay unchecked. If you report no material defects within that period, the work counts as accepted; defects you do report we fix first. When the site goes public is your decision.

What does the site cost me once it is live?

The package price covers building it; after that a maintenance plan from €89 a month keeps the site running: hosting, security updates, uptime monitoring and editor access are included in every plan, and the table above shows the differences. Setting up your editor access and onboarding with a guide and a video are included in the package price. Your domain you pay directly to your registrar. Beyond that you only pay for what you expressly commission.

Can I change texts and images myself later?

Yes. Editor access is included in every maintenance plan, whichever website package you chose: you change texts, images and pages yourself, and the design stays protected. To get started we set up your access and onboard you, with a written guide and a video recording that stay with you; both are included in the package price. Without your own access you send us your changes; how many of those your support time covers depends on the plan.

What happens after go-live?

We stay your point of contact. You get in touch, and one of the two people who built your site answers: no ticket number, no queue. What the maintenance plan covers depends on the package: hosting is included throughout, Basic adds security updates, uptime monitoring and one small change a month, Bronze adds daily backups and a performance check, and Silber adds a committed 24-hour response time.

What is mine, and what happens if we stop working together?

Your content, your data and your domain are yours; we export them to you free of charge at any time, in an open format. What stays with us is the technical toolkit: your site runs on our platform, whose source code we do not hand over; that is why it runs for as long as we work together. After you give notice it stays online for 60 days, with no exit fee, and in that time we hand over content, data and domain; if you move within that period, not a single day offline is necessary. After that the right of use ends and the site goes offline.

Who looks after my site if something comes up on your side?

There are two of us and we cover for each other: holiday or illness does not change the fact that someone is reachable.

So you can plan reliably, we also name the limits of our packages.

  • No e-commerce: we don't build web shops.
  • No ERP integration.
  • German is included in every package. We set up other languages on request; we settle scope and price in the intro call.

Notes

All prices are net, plus statutory VAT (for businesses with a VAT ID in another EU country, usually reverse charge).

South Tyrolean micro-enterprises: eligible for funding of up to 60 %, if approved and if budget is available. De minimis aid (EU Regulation 2023/2831); application before the project starts; annual deadline 30 September (until 2028); provincial funds are limited; no automatic discount. All prices shown are prices without funding.

For Austrian businesses, funding routes such as KMU.DIGITAL exist for digitalisation projects; we're happy to refer you to certified funding advisors.

The CHF price list is in preparation; CHF prices do not map 1:1 to the EUR amounts. All amounts shown are EUR reference values; you receive binding CHF prices with your quote.
